Vitalia: Longevity Pop-Up City Inside Prospera, Roatán

Vitalia was a longevity-themed pop-up city on Roatán, layered on Próspera ZEDE. Niklas Anzinger and Laurence Ion organized the first season. The brand later split: Infinita stayed in Prospera; other longevity-city language moved on. That distinction matters when comparing Vitalia with current Prospera projects.

Zuzalu was the template. Vitalia was the LatAm instance. After 1,500+ client files, we treat it as an event-plus-district pitch inside someone else’s special jurisdiction — not a second Honduras.

Educational only. Zone rules, maritime status, and Honduran ZEDE politics change. A campus, free zone, seastead, or pop-up is not a passport. Confirm live with counsel. Not legal or tax advice.

Short answer

Vitalia does not issue visas. It does not replace Honduran residency. It does not make death optional on a tourist stamp. It was a co-living / conference season for biotech, crypto, and charter-city people inside Prospera’s legal wrapper, with talk of a permanent biomedical district. If you want the island and the company flag, start at Prospera. If you want lawful stay, start at Honduras residency.

A pop-up city is a temporary concentration of aligned people — talks, houses, a theme — not a municipality. Vitalia sat in and around Prospera parcels such as Pristine Bay / Las Verandas and the Beta area. That is why it belongs on the network-state / pop-up rung of the continuum, with the host jurisdiction explained on the ZEDE and Prospera pages.

Attendance numbers in public write-ups ran from a couple of hundred visitors in the first season to larger cumulative claims later. Treat operator headcount as marketing until you are on the ground.

Longevity pitch

The slogan was life-extension and faster biotech loops than FDA-time. Prospera’s medical-freedom marketing is the legal story they were buying. Clinics and experimental protocols on Roatán are a separate, high-stakes medical-tourism fact pattern — not something to copy from a pop-up Slack. This is not medical advice. If a therapy is the reason you fly, use licensed medical counsel, not a city-branded Discord.

Vitalia vs Infinita vs Prospera

Prospera is the ZEDE. Vitalia was a themed pop-up that used Prospera. Infinita is the later Roatán continuation associated with Anzinger after the co-founder split. One island, three nouns. Search engines smash them. We do not. Infinita gets its own URL in the remainder queue; until that ships, this page plus Prospera is the map.

Living in Roatán is the lifestyle layer. Do not skip it because a pop-up poster looked like Miami.

The ZEDE is the jurisdiction. The pop-up is the party.

If you actually want to live or form a company on Roatán, we start with Honduras immigration and the Prospera stack — not a lanyard.

Immigration still Honduras

Tourist time for a look. Anything longer is a Honduran stay path — Rentista, investor, work, family — plus whatever onboarding Prospera runs. A pop-up wristband is not CONARE. ZEDE politics (repeal, court fight, arbitration) are shared with every project on that land. Read what a ZEDE is before you book a season.

How it fits a flag stack

Physical flag: a season on Roatán if you like the island anyway. Company flag: only through Prospera or a Honduran vehicle, not through a pop-up brand. Personal tax: Nomad Layer and Prospera tax residency are separate SKUs on other pages. Passport: never.

The useful test: would you go to Roatán if Vitalia had another name? If yes, you are an island-plus-ZEDE client. If no, you are chasing a conference. Conferences end. Immigration files should not be built on a season calendar.

Bryan Johnson and other longevity celebrities showing up is a media fact, not a protocol. Do not medical-tour on a tweet. Do not form a company because a keynote said FDA-time is slow. Form a company because the counterparty and the bank understand the certificate.

Before you book Vitalia or Infinita

Write down the job in one sentence. If the sentence contains the word visa, residency, passport, or tax home, you are on the wrong product page and should open a national immigration guide. If the sentence is about goods, a campus job, a floating prototype, a longevity season, or export produce, you are in the right aisle — then still add the host-country stamp as a second sentence.

Ask whether you are buying a season, a lease inside Prospera, or a Honduran residency. Those are three invoices. Mix them and you will overpay for a lanyard.

Bring counsel who already files in that country. Do not hire a Twitter jurisdiction broker. MyLatinLife’s bias is boring: classify the rung, file the country, treat the experiment as optional overlay.
